Designing deck-point of fixity connections

Abstract
This article describes different typologies used in SILGA for the design of the connection of the deck to the fixed point to where forces due to traction, braking, and occasionally earthquake are transmitted. Aspects about its analysis, dimensioning and durability and maintenance oriented design are also covered.
