Analysis of the efforts during the launching of the outfall sea pipe of Pinedo (Valencia)

Abstract

A non linear model for the analysis of the efforts during launching of the outfall sea pipe of Pinedo (Valencia) is shown. A parametric study about the influence of the main variables in the behaviour of the pipe is also presented in this paper. The study is a good example of how a non linear model must be used in the analysis of the some special concrete structures.
