The prestressed preslabs. Execution of a flexible manufacturing process

Abstract

The statement describes: - A flexible industrialized process for preslabs prestressed by bonded wires, using computers and robots. - The product, its requests, the manufacturation method from the receipt of the project up to the consignement on site and the computer line: receipt or drawings, detailed drafts for slabs and miscecllaneous calculation, which, as a consequence, produce a data system. - Completely self-acting tasks, from the manufacturing up to the delivery certificates: plotting on bed, concrete distribution... Proving that preslabs can be comptitively produced ""on demand"" on an industrial scale, owing to robots and computers.
