Abstract

In this paper the structure and the constructive process of a framed shed built with prefabricated concrete elements is described. The elements that form the main supporting structure, reinforced concrete hinged portal frames, are the most remarkable. These portal frames cover a span of 45 m, the cross-section being a variable depth double T, and they are spaced 15 m. The three different pieces that make the frame (around 30 t each) are assmebled ""in ditu"" in the point of the lintel where the bending moment is minimum.
