ATEP's forty years

Abstract

The Prestressed Concrete Spanish Association was found in July 1949. As in many countries, 1940's years were the birth of the ""new constructional technology"" development, a development very uneasy in Spain because the economical difficulties for a country devasted by 3 years of civil war.
