Abstract

The connection of precast elements, beams and columns to make rigid joints, permits the use of precast reinforced concrete to raise the structures of any building quickly, efficiently and very competitively, without the need for a fully-rigid structural nucleus. The connections effected in the structures for the amplification of the stand of the football stadium Estadio de Mestalla in Valencia and the stalls of the industrial building of Mercamadrid in Madrid materialize rigid joints. The connections more frecuently used in this buildings and the following criteria are described.
