Outstanding manoeuvres in the stayed section of Constitución de 1812 Bridge over the Cadiz Bay

Abstract

There have been several manoeuvres other than the typical segment erection during the construction of the 1812 Constitution cable-stayed bridge over Cadiz Bay. These outstanding manoeuvres are: arrival to the first piers, main span deck closure, last segment erection, and connection between the stayed section and the approach viaduct on Puerto Real.
