New Terminal Building. Singularities, incidences and solutions in construction

Abstract

In this paper building planning, scheme of construction work and development proceeding are initialy and briefly described from the point of view of the Constructor Technical Office that Terminal Barajas UTE placed at its disposal. Some singular elements that directly affect the building structural construction are described successively, such as building materials, foundations, columns, post-stressed concrete beams and slabs. Finally some of the special building proceedings and error corrections during the work are also described.
