Project, engineering construction detail and work relationship in new Terminal Building

Abstract

This paper, after a short building description, explains the Construction Detail Engineering work system made for the Constructor Technical Office, with its targets, functions, internal organization and work method for the project and the construction assistance. It makes a revision of the bid project analysis and describes the modified elements, and their reasons, in foundation, structural scheme (with analysis of several alternatives), work proceedings, post-stressed beams, border beams, movement joints, slab and columns of concrete structure. At last, a short description is included of the roof steel structure, curtain-wall, interior steel structures and prefingers, as well as mechanics and mechanical transports.
